Conditions of Participation

• Participation is open to academics, researchers, postgraduate students and members of the industrial community.
• Each registered participant may present up to two (2) papers.
• All abstracts are peer reviewed in a blind review process by at least two (2) referees before acceptance.
• Registration must be completed by paying the registration fee in order to confirm participation and present a paper.
• The languages of the conference are English and Turkish.
• Detailed payment information is provided in the acceptance letter.
