Registration & Fees

To complete your registration you should pay the registration fee. The registration fee covers:

• Entrance to all sessions
• Accommodation in a standard room (two people sharing) for two nights, on an all-inclusive hotel concept (meals, drinks and entertainment 24 hours a day)
• All coffee breaks
• Conference materials and congress bag (abstract book, pen, gift, etc.)
• Publication of two (2) papers (in the proceedings book or selected journals; some indexed journals may require an extra fee)
• Participation documents
• Welcome Cocktail and Turkish Night

Extra Charges

• Single room: extra €50 per night
• Extra night(s) beyond two nights: €150 per night, per person (standard room)
• Not staying at the hotel for some night(s): a discount of €75 per night is applied to the total fee
• Online participation: half of the on-site fee
• Children aged 0–6 are free (with parents); a 50% discount applies for children aged 6–12

VAT (KDV) excluded. No refund is possible after 15 July 2026. All payment information is provided in the acceptance letter.
